Submit Application
Complete the online agent application form. Provide a valid means of ID, proof of address, and a recent passport photograph.
Background Verification
ESHDC compliance team reviews your submission. KYC checks are conducted within 5–7 working days. You'll be notified by email.
Receive Certification
Upon approval, your official ESHDC Agent Certificate is issued. You gain access to the agent dashboard and estate inventory.
Sell & Earn
Refer clients to available plots. Commission is paid directly to your registered bank account after allocation confirmation.

Our tiered commission structure rewards consistent performance. Commission is calculated on the total allocation value of each plot.
